Refund policy

We hope you love Sammy’s World of Colour as much as we do, but if for any reason this is not the case, please contact us at: hello@sammysworldofcolour.com and quote your order number.

We accept returns for:

• Faulty, defective or unsafe products.
• Products that don’t match their description or are not fit for purpose.
• If required by Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws.

You can choose to receive an exchange, credit note or refund (to your original payment method). However, we do not offer refunds if the product was damaged due to customer misuse or neglect.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to return:
Email us at hello@sammysworldofcolour.com with your order number and reason for return.

Ensure the product is in good condition (with minimal use).
Repack the product in the original shipping box.

Include your order number and the reason for return inside the box.

Important: We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns if you don’t insure the parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once we have received your return.
